Incorporated in August 2005, TGG’s motto is:
“Changing Lives One Heart at a Time”. This motto is embellished and spearheaded by TGG’s Founder.
MAJ Jamar L. Gailes, President / CEO of The Gailes Group, (TGG) firmly believes that Team Building, Equal Opportunity, Cultural Diversity and Leadership Training can truly change lives one heart at a time.
Jamar, who grew up the oldest of four (4) siblings and the only son from a single parent home, learned early on that if given equal opportunities to succeed, he could control his own destiny.

Active with student politics while at Grambling State University (Grambling, La.), he holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, Pre-Law and a Minor in English, an MBA specializing in (Public Administration) from North Central State University (Prescott, Az.) and currently serves as a member and president of several professional, civic, and social organizations all affecting the community in which he lives.

| Major Jamar Gailes

Major Gailes has done just that. For the last 18 years, he has matriculated in the most diverse entity in the nation, that of the Department of Defense and the Louisiana Army National Guard in particular. His experiences are diverse with 7 years as an enlisted soldier and 11 years as an Officer.
He is a two-time veteran of both Operation Desert Storm/Shield and most recently, Operation Enduring Freedom where he was stationed in Afghanistan and served as an Equal Opportunity Advisor for 14 months.
